Job Responsibility

  • Schedule pre-renewal meetings and facilitate policy reviews with clients and team members
  • Consult on policy changes, prepare quotes and estimates on new business, and re-market to carriers
  • Support presentations and assist with binding coverages
  • Assist the commercial team with client follow-ups and renewal communications
  • Contact insureds to request information and documentation needed for quotes and renewals
  • Maintain detailed and accurate notes within the agency management system and CRM
  • Keep sales and renewal pipelines updated with clear descriptions and activity tracking
  • Support the team with policy review preparation, applications, proposals, and presentations
