Requirements

Previous experience of building and servicing a commercial insurance client portfolio
Track record of handling most classes of insurance risks including property, motor, fleet, EL, PL, commercial combined, etc.
Experience of winning new business and building client relationships
Possess established insurer relationships
Confident handling new and existing business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Awareness of the insurance market principles and practice
Awareness of FCA and other regulations
CERT CII qualified or working towards preferred
Determined to achieve personal and company targets

Job Responsibility

Servicing a portfolio of mid-market to large commercial insurance clients
Building relationships with key clients
Advising on best products available
Providing quotations on most classes of commercial product lines, including property, motor, EL, PL, commercial combined, fleet, cyber, etc.
Arranging client new business and renewal meeting
New business, Mid-term adjustments, insurance and renewals
Lapses and cancellations
Liaising and negotiating with insurers
Arranging finance agreements
Working closely with support brokers, directors, marketing and claims teams
