Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive insurance solutions. They are currently seeking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Insurance Producer to help them expand their business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries, including architects/engineers, commercial contractors, manufacturers, hospitality, property management, restaurants, transportation, wholesalers/distributors, wineries, and cannabis businesses. You will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing commercial clients
  • Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities within target industries
  • Conduct in-depth risk assessments and build customized commercial insurance packages
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including quoting, proposal creation, policy binding, renewals, and ongoing client support
  • Collaborate with internal service teams
  • Stay current on carrier markets, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and meet or exceed established production goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance sales
  • Strong understanding of commercial lines (property, liability, workers’ comp, etc.)
  • Active Property & Casualty license required (CIC, CRM, CPCU a plus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
