Job Responsibility

Lead and manage a small team of Account Handlers
Ensure the delivery of high-quality client service in accordance with the agreed Scope of Service Agreement
Liaise effectively with Managers and to address client needs and concerns
Comply with regulatory requirements and business procedures
Drive change and allocate resources as necessary
Manage a portfolio of clients in line with Advisory Market Placement Strategy and Client Service Strategy
Identify revenue development opportunities and make recommendations to Client Managers
