Job Responsibility

Close co-operation with Account Executives, Underwriters and approved vendors to deliver a best-in-class client experience
Processing new business placements, mid-term adjustments and renewals for a book of commercial insurance policies
Liaising and negotiating with internal and external Underwriters to secure best placement terms
Preparation of relevant policy documentation, ensuring accurate and timely provision to clients
Building relationships with brokers to deliver excellent service, providing advice in relation to the scope of cover and policy terms and conditions as appropriate
Achieving and exceeding individual QA and compliance targets
Accurate entry of policy and financial data into internal software platforms
Ensuring compliance with group and regulatory requirements and protocols
