Job Responsibility
Develop new client relationships through referrals and networking across Alberta’s agricultural sector
Manage a book of farm and agricultural accounts, providing tailored insurance solutions
Achieve sales and retention targets focused on farm and rural insurance markets
Stay updated on industry trends and farm-specific underwriting guidelines
Requirements
Level 1 or 2 license in Alberta
Experience selling or managing farm and agricultural insurance accounts
Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a proven track record in achieving sales goals
Knowledge of Alberta’s farming industry and insurance needs
Ability to travel within Alberta as needed
What we offer
Competitive salary between $70,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, negotiable
