Job Responsibility

  • Prospect new clients through cold calling, referrals, and leveraging referral channels across Manitoba and other regions
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions
  • Manage renewals and analyze risks to optimize client and company outcomes
  • Track and report sales activities to meet and exceed annual revenue goals, aiming for approximately $60,000 in revenue for senior executives
  • Collaborate with account managers and support teams to ensure excellent client service and efficient workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial insurance sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of commercial risks, insurance products, and industry best practices
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Industry certifications such as CIP or CRM are a plus but not required
  • Willingness to work in-office during onboarding with the flexibility to work remotely thereafter
