Job Description

Interim Commercial In-House Paralegal to support a growing, fast paced SaaS business for an initial 6 month contract.

Job Responsibility

  • Drafting and reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, Subscription and Order Forms, and DPAs
  • Track key terms, renewal dates, and obligations across customer and vendor contracts
  • Maintain corporate records and assist with company secretarial tasks (e.g., board consents, filings)
  • Work with the Legal, Security, and Product teams to support compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and customer obligations

Requirements

Previous commercial experience within the tech/fintech sector is favored
