We’re looking for a Commercial HVAC Superintendent who can lead from the front, run large-scale commercial HVAC projects, and set the production tempo for our field teams. The Commercial HVAC Superintendent is the senior field leader responsible for: Owning onsite HVAC production; Driving schedule performance; Managing foremen and crews; Coordinating with PMs and other trades; Ensuring safety, quality, and accountability

  • Lead multiple HVAC foremen and field crews
  • Drive installation of ductwork, RTUs, split systems, exhaust systems, and specialty mechanical systems
  • Maintain production pace aligned with project schedule
  • Plan manpower and material flow proactively
  • Hold crews accountable for daily measurable output
  • Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and mechanical plans
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades
  • Run weekly production meetings with foremen
  • Identify conflicts early and solve them before they impact schedule
  • Oversee inspections and ensure work is ready before calling for inspection
  • Enforce OSHA standards and Kalos safety expectations
  • Conduct site safety walks and toolbox talks
  • Ensure installs meet code and design specifications
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
  • Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and urgency
  • Develop foremen into strong leaders
  • Address performance issues immediately and professionally
  • Set the tone for attitude, professionalism, and execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC field experience
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or superintendent-level role
  • Experience on large commercial projects (schools, retail, medical, hospitality, multi-family, etc.)
  • Strong blueprint and mechanical plan reading skills
  • Proven ability to manage manpower and drive schedule
  • OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license
