4+ years of experience in HVAC Service, involving knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation mechanical systems serving commercial and institutional buildings
Experience managing a successful service team, developing team members, driving new business, and troubleshooting mechanical systems
Strong interpersonal, project management, and organizational abilities to handle high-volume responsibilities
Exceptional verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
Mechanical aptitude with analytical skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Responsibility

Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, dispatch, and troubleshooting of heating, cooling, and ventilation mechanical systems in commercial and institutional buildings
Lead budget management, sales initiatives, and financial forecasting to ensure service operations align with company goals
Plan, direct, and coordinate work to ensure smooth operations and on-time project delivery
Maintain proactive and positive relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

G2 Gas License/Certificate

Ensure all projects meet or exceed booked profit margin goals
Work with project coordination to order and track all chiller parts needing to be ordered for warranty execution
Collaborate with sales, prime contractors, and end-users to fulfill project scope and deliverables
Serve as the primary liaison representing Carrier between the customer, commissioning authority (CxA), general contractor, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and project progression
Provide professional, timely resolution for customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction with all aspects of project execution
Interpret and apply mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications
