Job Description:

Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician looking for a company that values your expertise and provides opportunities for career growth? Kalos Services is hiring a Level 3 Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional capable of independently handling complex commercial HVAC and refrigeration service calls, troubleshooting advanced system issues, and mentoring junior technicians.

Job Responsibility:

Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including rack refrigeration, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, and supermarket systems
Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance team capability
Execute preventative maintenance and system optimizations for efficiency and reliability
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure proper installation and servicing
Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding repairs and recommendations

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC and refrigeration service
Advanced knowledge of commercial refrigeration, supermarket systems, and HVAC troubleshooting
EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
Strong understanding of electrical, controls, and mechanical system diagnostics
Ability to work independently and provide guidance to less experienced technicians
Strong organizational and documentation skills
