Kalos Services is a family-owned company with over 20 years of experience, originally founded right here in Central Florida. We provide commercial HVAC-R, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Automation services and support large retail, grocery, and commercial clients across the state. We are looking for skilled technicians who want steady work, clear expectations, and long-term growth. We are hiring a Commercial HVAC Projects Technician to support project-based HVAC work on commercial sites throughout South Florida. This role is focused on metal ductwork fabrication and installation and is well-suited for technicians comfortable working overnight schedules on active commercial projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Fabricate, assemble, and install metal ductwork (rectangular, spiral, fittings, transitions)
  • Install HVAC components according to drawings and specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans
  • Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal accurately
  • Hang and support ductwork using proper hardware and methods
  • Seal, insulate, and finish duct systems as required
  • Work safely on lifts, ladders, and job sites during overnight operations
  • Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial HVAC installation
  • Strong background in metal duct fabrication and installation

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
