Job Description

Kalos Services is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Projects Foreman to join our team. This role is ideal for a strong field leader who can manage crews, maintain production schedules, uphold quality standards, and lead commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish. We are seeking someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, stays organized, and takes ownership of their projects. The right candidate will have strong commercial HVAC installation experience and the ability to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and professionally. Job Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installation crews on job sites
  • Coordinate daily activities to keep projects on schedule and within scope
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
  • Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and production goals
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards and code requirements
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and customers
  • Train and mentor installers and apprentices in the field
  • Identify and resolve field issues quickly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate job progress updates and documentation
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
  • Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installation practices
  • Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field layouts
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage crews in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Experience working on commercial construction projects
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Nice to have

  • Experience with VRF systems, ductwork, piping, and rooftop units
  • Experience coordinating with multiple trades on commercial job sites
  • OSHA certification
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
