Job Description:

We’re seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an installer with experience on commercial projects who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and meeting job timelines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Install commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, VAVs, make-up air units, and exhaust systems
  • Set and connect air handlers, ductwork, piping, insulation, and controls per drawings and specifications
  • Perform equipment change-outs, retrofits, and new construction installs
  • Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and submittals
  • Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on-site
  • Perform start-ups support, testing, and system verification
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, organized job sites

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and installation practices
  • Experience with sheet metal, ductwork installation, and rigging
  • Ability to read blueprints and layout jobs accurately
  • EPA 608 Certification (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on rooftops, ladders, and lifts

Nice to have:

  • Experience with RTUs, VAV systems, and large air handlers
  • Familiarity with mechanical piping (chilled water, hot water, gas)
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience in healthcare, data centers, or office/retail projects
