Job Description

The Commercial Graduate role is part of Subsea7’s two-year Graduate Development Program, designed to build a strong foundation in commercial operations through structured rotations across four key disciplines: Supply Chain Management, Project Controls, Sales & Marketing, Cost Control. This rotational program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and training to prepare graduates for future leadership roles within Subsea7’s commercial organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Support procurement and subcontracting activities
  • Assist in supplier evaluation and contract negotiations
  • Contribute to sourcing strategies and supplier performance reviews
  • Participate in planning, scheduling, and progress measurement
  • Support risk and change management processes
  • Assist in project reporting and performance analysis
  • Support tendering and proposal development
  • Assist in client engagement and promotional activities
  • Monitor project budgets and forecasts
  • Analyze cost variances and support financial reporting
  • Collaborate with finance and project teams to ensure cost efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
