Job Description:

As a Commercial Graduate, you’ll step into a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you’ll build a strong foundation in commercial strategy and operations. Working within our Water & Infrastructure business, you’ll support experienced professionals on real projects from day one—gaining hands-on exposure to contract management, tendering, and commercial decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your commercial acumen, broaden your experience across multiple business areas, and play a key role in shaping the success of our projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Run weekly and monthly reports, assist with data analysis, and maintain internal databases
  • Support operations and finance teams with purchase orders and billing input into client systems
  • Ensure invoices are raised correctly
  • Manage subcontractor onboarding by issuing PQQ questionnaires and facilitating their return
  • Hold review meetings with planners and project managers to assess WIP
  • Provide reports on outstanding items and help resolve related queries
  • Chase payment approvals once processed
  • Reconcile monthly remittances
  • Ensure all data is correctly inputted across systems
  • Support the smooth flow of commercial information

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in Business Management, Mathematics, Economics, or Quantity Surveying
  • Strong verbal and numerical reasoning
  • Confident working with data, interpreting insights, and supporting decision-making
  • Highly organised and detail-focused
  • Thrive under pressure
  • Able to plan, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and IT systems
