Job Responsibility

Run weekly and monthly reports, assist with data analysis, and maintain internal databases
Support operations and finance teams with purchase orders and billing input into client systems, ensuring invoices are raised correctly
Manage subcontractor onboarding by issuing PQQ questionnaires, facilitating their return for internal checks, and ensuring proper setup on internal systems
Hold review meetings with planners and project managers to assess WIP (Work in Progress), provide reports on outstanding items, and help resolve related queries
Chase payment approvals once processed and reconcile monthly remittances
Ensure all data is correctly inputted across systems and support the smooth flow of commercial information
