Job Responsibility:

  • Leverage deep scientific or biopharma understanding to define business problems and address through data and analytics approaches and projects
  • Identify business questions that need to be addressed to meet changing business needs
  • Influence leadership to incorporate findings, insights and intelligence into program strategy
  • Turn unstructured business issues and requests into action plans and projects that result in quality and concrete results
  • Plan, craft and conduct key strategic and sophisticated secondary research programs and translate the findings into strategic and tactical recommendations that drive brand success
  • Synthesize and integrate data, research and analyses into insights
  • Ensure that analyses and summaries of results are shared in the form of compelling stories that deepen customer understanding
  • Stay on the forefront of data and analytics techniques and capabilities, and leads implementation of new methodologies and standard processes

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business and Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field & 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a forecasting related occupation
  • 2 years of experience in Strategy and management consulting in the biopharma industry
  • 2 years of experience in Pharma market data analytics and manipulation techniques including: Patient Flow, Treatment Sequence Analysis, Source of Business, Key Driver Analysis, ROI, or Market Dynamic Assessment
  • 2 years of experience in Analytical skills including patient, provider and payer analytics, market assessment, channel analytics, and data reporting
  • 2 years of experience in Information sets including patient claims, demand, specialty pharmacy, specialty distributor, and Wholesale data and translating to actionable outcomes
  • 2 years of experience in Utilizing data analysis and visualization tools including: SQL, SAS, Python, Microsoft Excel and Tableau
  • 2 years of experience in Collaborating with stakeholders to identify performance metrics and developing custom reports, dashboards, and creating workflows to facilitate internal review process
  • 2 years of experience in Project management and tracking project activities, calculating risks, and creating contingency plans around projects relying on Microsoft projects and other project management tools including SharePoint or JIRA

  • Negotiate and/or amend project company agreements to improve asset performance or mitigate risk
