Job Responsibility:
Leading and implementing the commercial strategy and commercial calendar, as well as the IKEA Food communication and cross merchandising strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Strong customer service skills, ensuring a seamless food customer experience within all Food areas
Securing excellence in operations and high-quality standards of customer experience in all Food areas and optimised levels of commerciality are achieved
Securing the correct competence within the IKEA Food team
Developing and improving the Food business by seeking and acting upon customer feedback
Contributing to the creation and implementation of the unit business plan and the IKEA Food business plan and ensuring food is connected to the store commercial calendar
Looking after Swedish Food Market as well as the Swedish restaurant
Requirements:
A passion for food and a drive to achieve commercial success with a strategic mindset
A strong understanding of commerciality, you can influence and negotiate effectively to position the IKEA Food function as a profitable business
Excellent communication skills and you can articulate and co-collaborate with various stakeholders
Extremely efficient time management skills to ensure projects and tasks are delivered in a timely manner
Experience in managing budgets and analysing P&Ls, you have a strong understanding of gross margin and top-line sales
A competent and strong leader, able to implement and develop IKEA processes as well as focusing on the growth of your co-worker
