Job Description:

Lead the food commercial operations at IKEA, ensuring excellent customer experience and commercial success while maintaining high standards in food operations and team development.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and implement the food strategy and calendar, working with key stakeholders
Ensure top-notch customer service for a great food experience
Maintain high standards in food operations and customer satisfaction
Build a skilled and competent food team
Improve the food business by acting on customer feedback
Help create and execute the business plan, aligning food with store events
Manage the Swedish Food Market and restaurant
Working with insights and sales data to drive changes and improvement to shopfloor and operations

Requirements:

Passion for food and aim for commercial success with a strategic approach
Understanding of business and ability to influence and negotiate to make the food section profitable
Clear communication and ability to work well with different stakeholders
Experience and understanding of operation in fast paced food business
Time management efficiency to complete projects and tasks on schedule
Experience with budgets and P&L analysis, understanding gross margin and sales
Strong leadership skills with ability to implement processes and focus on team growth
