Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Mokena, Illinois. This role will focus on revenue forecasting, financial analytics, and strategic collaboration with commercial and finance teams. As a key contributor to growth initiatives, you will leverage advanced financial modeling tools to drive insights and optimize performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze and forecast top-line revenue, integrating market research data to ensure accurate projections
  • Monitor and report on customer price recovery, tracking material cost impacts and commodity price fluctuations
  • Conduct product segmentation analysis to evaluate margin performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage sold order reporting and analyze their conversion into revenue, providing actionable insights for incentive plans
  • Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting processes, including revenue bridge analysis
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline departmental workflows
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives such as 80/20 and usability projects to support commercial finance goals
  • Support various finance-focused projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related analytical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial or commercial role within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with sales or commercial teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong Tech skills such as PowerBI, SQL, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and large data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and professionalism
