Job Description

If you're looking for a finance role where you can genuinely influence commercial decisions—not just report the numbers—this could be exactly what you're looking for. Medical Imaging Partnership and Prime Health are one of the UK's leading independent diagnostic imaging providers. Backed by Private Equity and entering an exciting period of growth, we're investing in new services, expanding our sites and building a finance function that plays a central role in business strategy. As our Commercial Finance Manager, you'll be the trusted finance partner to our Operations Directors and senior leadership team, helping shape key decisions across the business. This isn't a traditional finance role. It's fast-paced, commercially focused and gives you exposure that many larger organisations simply can't.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the Group forecasting and budgeting cycle
  • Influence commercial decisions that genuinely shape the business
  • Work directly with the Executive Chair, CEO, Board and Private Equity investors
  • Partner with operational leaders to improve business performance
  • Support new site developments, acquisitions and commercial growth projects
  • Enjoy a varied role where no two weeks look the same
  • Be trusted to make decisions and drive improvements

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
  • A background in M&A or Transaction Services (preferred)
  • A few years' post-qualified experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building forecasting and financial models
  • Experience owning forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Strong business partnering skills with non-financial stakeholders
  • The confidence to challenge, influence and communicate with senior leaders
  • Experience working within an SME or Private Equity-backed business would be advantageous

What we offer

  • 35 days' annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • Private healthcare
  • Enhanced pension through salary sacrifice
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
  • Life assurance for added peace of mind
  • Hybrid working
  • The opportunity to influence Board-level decisions and help shape the future of a growing healthcare business
