As our Commercial Finance Manager, you'll be the trusted finance partner to our Operations Directors and senior leadership team, helping shape key decisions across the business. Job Responsibility
Own the Group forecasting and budgeting cycle
Influence commercial decisions that genuinely shape the business
Work directly with the Executive Chair, CEO, Board and Private Equity investors
Partner with operational leaders to improve business performance
Support new site developments, acquisitions and commercial growth projects
Enjoy a varied role where no two weeks look the same
Be trusted to make decisions and drive improvements
Requirements
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
A background in M&A or Transaction Services (preferred)
A few years' post-qualified experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering
Advanced Excel skills and experience building forecasting and financial models
Experience owning forecasting and budgeting processes
Strong business partnering skills with non-financial stakeholders
The confidence to challenge, influence and communicate with senior leaders
Experience working within an SME or Private Equity-backed business would be advantageous
