This is a high-impact, senior finance role at the heart of Giacom's Mobile and Connectivity business. As Commercial Finance Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to the Finance Director and wider leadership team shaping commercial strategy, driving performance, and influencing key decisions across the Towers. You'll operate in a dynamic, PE-backed, data-driven environment, where pace, insight and commercial acumen are critical. Balancing financial rigour with forward-looking analysis, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that unlock growth, optimise margin, and ensure disciplined investment. With ownership of planning, forecasting and commercial performance, this role offers significant exposure and the opportunity to truly drive value creation at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the lead finance business partner to senior stakeholders, shaping decisions with insight and challenge
Own trading performance reporting, KPIs, and exec-level commentary
Identify value across pricing, cost, supplier terms, and product performance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles
Build and maintain driver-based financial models and scenario analysis
Deliver clear P&L analysis and insight on growth, margin, and performance drivers
Assess deal and proposition economics to ensure profitable decision-making
Support pricing, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
Develop and review investment cases (ROI, IRR, NPV) and track outcomes
Manage supplier funding, rebates, and commercial performance
Partner across Finance and Data teams to deliver accurate, insightful MI
Enhance reporting, data integrity, and use of BI/ERP systems
Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment
Support strategic initiatives including M&A, transformation, and new products
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong commercial finance or FP&A background
Proven business partnering with senior stakeholders in complex environments
Track record influencing pricing, margin, and commercial decisions
Experience with supplier economics and performance drivers
Strong financial modelling and P&L analysis experience
Confident using ERP, BI tools, and data to drive insight
Solid understanding of KPIs, margin, and reporting standards
Commercial, decisive, and outcome-focused
