As a Finance Lead within Consumer Operations, you’ll partner closely with teams across the business, helping to bring clarity to complex decisions and guiding the organisation through an exciting period of transformation. Job Responsibility

  • Take ownership of financial planning for Consumer Operations opex, shaping forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans with care and precision
  • Provide thoughtful month-end analysis, helping leaders understand performance and feel confident in their decisions
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with operational teams, offering supportive challenge and meaningful financial insight
  • Uncover opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs, using data to tell a clear and compelling story

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of operational finance, ideally within a Consumer Operations or similar environment
  • Hold (or working towards) a professional finance qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
  • Experience building positive, trusting partnerships and influencing outcomes with empathy and confidence
  • Keen eye for detail, taking pride in accuracy and delivering high-quality work
