Job Description

We are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Huntingdon who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to support their operational and commercial teams. This is a key role within the business, providing financial insight, analysis and challenge to drive performance and support strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with manufacturing and operational teams to improve financial performance
  • Prepare and analyse management accounts, forecasts and budgets
  • Provide cost analysis, variance analysis and KPI reporting
  • Support product costing, margin analysis and efficiency improvements
  • Assist with business planning and investment appraisals
  • Provide clear financial insight to non-finance stakeholders

Requirements

  • Part or fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance teams
  • Experience with ERP systems and Excel
