Commercial Finance Analyst-Customer Profitability

• Act as a financial consultant for Key Account Managers. Prepare them for major negotiations with data-driven insights and "what-if" scenario modeling
• Deep-dive into discounts and identify what’s driving growth, what’s leaking margin, and how to optimize trade spend
• Own the quarterly and annual forecasting process for your scope, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals
• Present financial performance and variance analysis to BU Finance and Business leaders, turning complex data into actionable stories
• Evaluate Value Chains and New Product Developments (NPD) to ensure every new venture is a profitable one
• Manage month-end close activities and ensure the accurate financial settlement of contractual agreements with our strategic partners

• University degree in Economics or Finance
• Professional experience in Controlling, Business Planning, Business Analysis, Accounting, or Financial Audit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills
• At least intermediate level of English, both spoken and written
• Proactive attitude and dynamic personality, not afraid of challenges
• Strong desire for professional and personal development
• Sense of responsibility for the supervised business area or process
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

Power BI experience and/or working towards CIMA CGMA, ACCA qualification
