Job Description:

We are working with a highly respected brokerage operating within the specialist and commercial finance sector. The firm has a strong reputation in the market and a well established team ensuring every advisor receives full administrative support. The business benefits from a significant back book, strong repeat client relationships and consistent organic lead generation. Also strong industry partnerships, including a relationship with a well known national housing auctioneer, providing regular opportunities for specialist finance cases.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advising clients on specialist and commercial finance solutions
  • Managing and converting high volumes of inbound enquiries
  • Working with repeat clients and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Handling complex finance cases including specialist lending scenarios
  • Managing an existing back book and developing ongoing client relationships
  • Working closely with administrators to ensure smooth case progression

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within Specialist Finance, Commercial Lending or Complex Mortgage cases required
  • Proven ability to manage and convert inbound leads
  • Ability to manage a busy pipeline of enquiries and opportunities
