Commercial Executive drives complex strategic negotiations and builds value-driven, competitive deals while fostering deep customer relationships and ensuring compliance to drive Microsoft growth. As a Commercial Executive, you’ll be the trusted advisor who designs and executes commercial strategies that deliver value to customers and drive Microsoft’s growth. You’ll lead complex negotiations, simplify commercial constructs, and ensure every deal is compliant, profitable, and aligned to customer needs. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where your expertise in deal making, negotiation and strategic engagement will directly influence business outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Drive Strategic Customer Engagement: Lead proactive, high-impact conversations with customers and partners to align commercial strategies with business needs and deliver measurable value
Own Complex Deal Execution: Independently structure and negotiate commercial deals, leveraging internal resources and ensuring compliance with Microsoft policies and local regulations
Champion Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, legal, and partner teams to deliver seamless commercial solutions and accelerate cloud and annuity growth
Shape Commercial Strategy: Use deep industry and product knowledge to influence pricing, licensing, and contracting approaches that simplify and optimise customer outcomes
Lead with Insight and Empathy: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders by understanding their priorities and crafting value-based solutions that drive mutual success
