Job Description:

In this position, you will partner closely with individual markets and the AC EMEA Commercial Excellence Team to lead the implementation of PPG Fast.Forward and the Selling Machine methodology. You will help shape, coordinate, and sustain Commercial Excellence initiatives that elevate commercial capabilities and drive long-term business growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Implementation & Sustainability of Commercial Excellence
  • Coordinate and drive all Commercial Excellence and Selling Machine streams in assigned markets, including: Sales Talent, Sales Training & Leadership, Operating Cadence, Customer Relationship
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with the AC EMEA Commercial Excellence Organization to ensure alignment and consistency across markets
  • Partner with Market Units Directors to align plans and priorities with market strategic and tactical objectives
  • Manage communication to local markets to support change management and adoption
  • Training & Capability Building
  • Run and facilitate trainings connected to the Commercial Excellence and Selling Machine components
  • Analysis & Reporting
  • Prepare analyses and coordinate KPI reporting related to Selling Machine implementation and sustainability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Previous sales management experience with strong understanding of commercial and selling processes
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and public speaking)
  • Strong analytical and investigative mindset
  • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
