Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute Lean improvement projects focused on enhancing the operational efficiency and processes of the Asia-Pacific Commercial Team
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to identify and resolve bottlenecks and waste within commercial processes
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive the implementation and execution of Commercial Excellence initiatives
Design, monitor, and report on key commercial performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the sustainability of improvements
Provide professional recommendations on commercial process optimization strategies and implementation progress to the Asia-Pacific senior management team
Requirements:
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a mandatory requirement
5+ years of experience in commercial operations, process optimization, or management consulting
Familiarity with the business models and processes of the mechanical equipment or industrial manufacturing industry
Possesses excellent project management and cross-cultural communication skills, capable of driving projects independently
Fluent written and verbal proficiency in both Chinese and English to navigate the Asia-Pacific working environment
