Job Description:

The Commercial Events Coordinator supports internal processes and assists the cross functional teams in Exact Sciences' Nordic organization. Key responsibilities include, budgeting, communication, event organization, and monitoring and supporting contracting/procurement processes with hospitals to achieve company goals. The goal is to successfully support internal processes and commercial activities. The role holder needs to be well-organized, flexible, and passionate about working with complex projects and driving to success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactive management of cadence for commercial events (incl. budgeting and follow-up)
  • Collaboration with Country Head and Leadership team for planning commercial events
  • Managing contracts, documents for both external events and hospital procurement
  • Provide administrative support for onsite and offsite meetings and events
  • Support onboarding of new employees
  • Liaise directly with various outside groups, (i.e., Advertising, and PR agencies)
  • Work directly with internal parties (especially Sales Team) on a wide range of projects
  • Manage the ordering system for promotional materials
  • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures
  • National level Congress planning and event management
  • Sales Meeting coordination and agenda building
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years of experience in related field or top post university graduate talent entry into Medtech/Pharma/Biotech Industry
  • Experience collaborating with commercial field teams and cross-functional therapy area teams and project management
  • Knowledge of market structure and landscape within at least one of the Nordic countries
  • Experience in working with creative agencies and other external partners to support business goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong team working skills within a matrix organization
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple timelines
  • Strong attention to detail, quality-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • German and English skills in written and oral
