Job Description

The Marketing Director is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for defining and executing the integrated marketing and communications vision for Lotus across Europe and the UK. This strategic leader will architect brand campaigns, pioneer our digital and social presence, and orchestrate marketing PR initiatives that elevate our brand equity while directly fueling sales growth. This role demands a proven leader who can seamlessly bridge European and Chinese digital marketing practices to create a distinct competitive advantage.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in marketing and PR, with previous experience in a senior leadership role (Director / Head of / VP level) within an international setting
  • Mandatory experience working with OEM global luxury brands, deep understanding of the high-net-worth consumer mindset
  • Fluent in English is essential for effective communication with global stakeholders, bilingual and multi-language is desirable
  • Expertise in social media and digital marketing landscapes, with a proven ability to adapt and apply successful strategies to the European and UK markets
  • A distinguished leadership style, exceptional in cross-team collaboration and resource integration
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of converting brand strategies into measurable sales leads and revenue growth
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field
