First American is looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing commercial real estate team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in transforming the commercial real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver next-generation solutions and results.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions such as preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow-up
  • Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process
  • adapts communication style as needed
  • Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
  • Work with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicates with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experience
