Job Responsibility:
Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in driving the project forward, incl. preparing internal governance, compiling contract documents, create invoicing, ensuring high data quality on continuous
Project Management: Own the internal sales process from opportunity identification to order intake and handover to Construction – handling of multiple projects in various stages in parallel
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across departments—Sales, Construction, Transport, Technical Sales and Supply Chain—to align deliverables and facilitate project progress
Sales Opportunity Analysis: Assess project plans and determine optimal turbine type, sourcing, and timing with the Sales Project Team
Cost Estimation Configuration: Analyze project costs and configure project builder in ERP systems to prepare pre-calculations based on customer needs
Requirements:
Degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
Work experience in matrix organizations and complex project environment
Organizational and stakeholder skills with ability to project manage sales teamwork in a matrix organization
Advanced IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and experience with SAP project builder, Primavera, JIRA, Salesforce and/or AGILE
Fluency in written and verbal German and English
