Requirements

Completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship program
Minimum of 5 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, and automation
Experience working with 120V–480V electrical systems
Valid driver's license and applicable certifications
Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and schematics
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibility

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and equipment wiring
Troubleshoot electrical, automation, and control system issues to minimize downtime
Diagnose and repair motors, transformers, MCCs, VFDs, and related components
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment up to 480V
Install conduit, wiring, and electrical components in accordance with NEC standards
Maintain facility lighting systems including interior, exterior, and emergency lighting
Replace and repair electrical components such as relays, breakers, and control devices
Maintain accurate documentation and service records
Ensure a safe and organized work environment, including tools and equipment maintenance

4+ years of commercial electrical experience
OSHA 10 preferred but NOT required
MUST have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
MUST have tools for your trade and skill level (manual benders a plus)

Job Responsibility

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes
Follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring or equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes
Place 3/4″-3″ conduit, pipes, or tubing, inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes
Perform power distributions (transformers, panels, fenders, etc.)
Able to perform large and small wire pulls with little or no supervision
Other additional related tasks and duties as needed
