Maintain an ADCI or DCBC or IMCA approved certification including dive physical, and valid certifications for first aid, CPR and AED
Must be able, and willing to travel worldwide on short notice for variable periods of time for projects
Flexible work schedule, on-call 24 hours a day / 7 days a week unless on scheduled time off
Shall be able to exhibit a physical competency in handling heavy lifting and other strenuous activities associated with this position and exhibit relevant health and safety awareness
Comply with company all policies, background checks, illegal substance and alcohol testing requirements
Certification from an accredited commercial dive school (possess a valid commercial diver card)
Must be able to legally work in the USA without restriction

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the ship husbandry industry
A valid Commercial Surface supplied diving certificate (NDC certificate is a plus)
A valid Supervisor certificate with +3 years of experience (NDC DPL certificate is a plus)
Hold a European passport and be permitted to work in Belgium
Live in relatively close proximity to our office/workshop in Stabroek
Excellent communication skills
