Following an extensive renovation and restoration, The Four Seasons Hotel Beirut is anticipated to reopen in 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for our property. We are now seeking a Commercial Director to join our team and help shape its future. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team that is collectively responsible for making key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee all commercial activities including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations and Public Relations
Focus on Sales, Marketing, and product development activities
Provide direction on pricing, revenue management, MarCom, Rooms sales strategy and tactics
Develop and implement the annual commercial plan and budget process
Analyze property’s capabilities and identify direct sales, advertising and public relations programs
Develop marketing programs
Manage hotel presence and content across all communication channels
Develop Public Relations strategy
Craft Social Media strategy and distribution outlets
Build, lead, coach, train, and develop a strong team
Requirements:
Sales and marketing experience in the luxury segment
Strong revenue and budget management skills
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to build trust and confidence with team and stakeholders
Understanding of the luxury market, customer, and travel preferences
Ability to think critically and evaluate best possible solutions and resources
Ability to implement priorities and manage multiple initiatives
Exceptional eye for detail
