Job Description:

Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is seeking a Commercial Director to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have remarkable talent and enthusiasm for sales and marketing, coupled with strategic foresight and a proven track record in both domains. As a key member of the Hotel Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic and operational decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Sales, Catering, Conference Planning, Public Relations and Revenue Management teams
  • Ensure all activities and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenues
  • Develop the local Hotel brand and narrative including the Hotel positioning in the market, the storytelling and subsequent programming
  • Execute and effectively communicate strategies and tactics employed to all key stakeholders, including Ownership, the Hotel team and our Corporate Office

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years previous employment in a related position
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Marketing is preferred
  • Work authorization for employment in the United States is required
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
