Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role (Head of Sales, Commercial Director, or similar) within iGaming or the Crypto industry
Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including KPIs, player lifecycle, and revenue drivers
Experience with B2B or platform-based business models is highly desirable
