Job Description

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a core member of the Hotel Leadership Team, responsible for driving the hotel’s strategic commercial performance through Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Public Relations. This is a critical leadership role focused on maximizing revenue, driving brand clarity, and building strong positioning in the luxury market through carefully integrated sales and marketing strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee all commercial functions, including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, MarCom, and Public Relations
  • Develop and implement the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and budget in line with property objectives
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to define pricing, channel strategy, segmentation, and promotional planning
  • Drive brand awareness through effective PR strategy, media relations, and content marketing
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution in collaboration with the Director of PR
  • Evaluate and analyze market opportunities to develop business leads and partnerships
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across all platforms and guest touchpoints
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a strong commercial team to deliver measurable results and brand consistency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Strong background in revenue and budget management
  • Luxury hospitality expertise with knowledge of current customer and travel behavior trends
  • Demonstrated ability to lead commercial strategy in a pre-opening or repositioning environment
  • Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and multi-project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • High attention to detail and a passion for innovation and brand storytelling
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
