Our client is a next-generation Web3 iGaming infrastructure platform redefining how operators build, launch, and scale gaming brands. By combining blockchain-based transparency with a premium white-label ecosystem, they are addressing one of the industry's biggest challenges: trust. Through innovative technology, the platform enables real-time verification of funds, instant transactions, and automated payouts, empowering operators to deliver faster, more transparent, and more engaging player experiences. Following strong early momentum, they are now looking for a hands-on commercial leader to drive partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion. This role is ideally suited to someone currently operating as a Head of Sales, Commercial Director, or similar within an iGaming platform/provider, who is looking to step into a broader, more strategic role with real ownership and a clear path toward CCO. Location: Malta (hybrid) Travel: International travel for partner meetings and events Role Overview The Commercial Director will be responsible for driving global B2B growth, leading partnership development, and shaping the commercial direction of the business. A key focus of the role will be building and executing a scalable go-to-market strategy, developing a strong pipeline of operator partnerships, and closing high-value commercial deals. The role requires a hands-on approach to sales, combined with ownership across account management, marketing initiatives, and operator support functions, ensuring partners are successfully onboarded, retained, and grown over time. Working closely with the CEO, Product, and Operations teams, the successful candidate will ensure strong alignment between market needs and platform capabilities, helping to refine the offering and maximise commercial impact. As the business grows, this role will play a central part in building and scaling the commercial function, with a clear progression path toward a C-level position.
