  • Proven success delivering and scaling multi-million revenue portfolios across sponsorship, delegate sales, and partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and retain high-performing commercial teams across multiple markets
  • Strong background in developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver sustainable, long-term growth
