Our client, a leading player in the events and exhibitions industry, is seeking a commercially driven Commercial Director to lead revenue growth and strategic partnerships across their portfolio.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sponsorship and exhibition revenue
Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to maximise event performance
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior commercial/sales leadership role within exhibitions or events (mandatory)
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
Experience operating in fast-paced, target-driven environments
