Requirements
10–15 years of deep experience within the Commodities or Trading industries
direct experience in the Dairy or broader Consumer-relevant sectors is strongly preferred
A minimum of 5 years in a solid, team-leading capacity with a track record of coaching and developing client-facing personnel
Exceptional strategic reasoning, commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics
Native or fluent English proficiency is mandatory to effectively manage cross-border stakeholders and report to the international management team
