Luxaviation ONE is seeking an experienced Commercial Director - APAC, based in Singapore, to lead commercial strategy and revenue development across the Asia‑Pacific region, while contributing to the company’s global commercial vision. This senior leadership role is ideal for a strategic, results‑driven aviation professional with deep APAC market expertise and a proven ability to lead commercial teams, grow market share, and cultivate high‑value relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the APAC region, aligned with global business objectives
Lead, coach, and grow a team of commercial and broker professionals across regional markets
Establish data‑driven commercial roadmaps, pricing frameworks, and sales performance metrics tailored to APAC dynamics
Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and broader international markets
Build strategic partnerships with operators, corporations, family offices, UHNWIs, and industry stakeholders
Drive regional market penetration through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and high‑level industry engagement
Represent Luxaviation ONE at major aviation and luxury sector events across APAC
Oversee major client relationships and support high‑value charter negotiations and long‑term contracts
Ensure that every touchpoint reflects Luxaviation ONE’s premium service standards
Support the team in crafting bespoke charter solutions and commercial proposals tailored to APAC client preferences
Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Group Management to optimize commercial processes and ensure seamless execution
Oversee large commercial negotiations, strategic tenders, and high‑value transactions
Monitor financial KPIs, sales pipeline performance, and market trends to inform decision‑making
Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements across APAC markets
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of senior commercial experience in business aviation, charter sales, or related aviation sectors, with strong exposure to APAC markets
Proven leadership experience in managing commercial teams and delivering significant revenue growth
Robust understanding of aircraft types, charter economics, operating considerations, and regional aviation regulations
Strong network across the Singapore and APAC aviation ecosystem (operators, brokers, UHNWIs, corporates, luxury partners, etc.)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills at an executive level
Fluent in English
Highly entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently and navigate diverse, fast‑moving markets
Impeccable professional presentation and customer‑facing skills
Willingness to travel frequently across the region
Nice to have:
