Job Description:

Lead and scale a nationwide Water Solutions business within the steel industry. Own both B2B & B2C channels (retail outlets + online platforms like Shopee). High-impact leadership role with direct influence on strategy, revenue, and market expansion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead overall B2B and B2C sales operations for the Water Solutions business
  • Manage and coach Sales Executives across physical outlets and online platforms
  • Develop and execute nationwide sales and growth strategies
  • Drive performance across offline retail and e-commerce channels (e.g. Shopee)
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and distribution opportunities
  • Work closely with the MD on commercial planning and business direction
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to refine go-to-market strategy
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams to deliver strong customer experience

Requirements:

  • Strong background in commercial or sales leadership (steel, building materials, water solutions, or related industries preferred)
  • Proven experience managing teams and driving market expansion
  • Comfortable handling both B2B and B2C environments
  • Experience with retail and online sales channels is a strong advantage
