Job Description:

Lawes Consulting are working with a well respected brokerage to help them find a Commercial Development Account Executive. The business is looking for a driven professional who can take ownership, add value quickly, and play a central role in helping them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with different teams to ensure projects and initiatives run smoothly
Build and deliver strategies that improve efficiency and support company objectives
Track performance, share insights, and recommend improvements to leadership
Ensure all work meets company standards and industry requirements
Encourage team development and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Oversee daily activities to keep operations on track with company priorities
Communicate regularly with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to solve problems and find opportunities
Produce clear reports and presentations to help guide business decisions
Anticipate and manage risks to keep projects on schedule and within scope
Keep up to date with market trends and best practices to maintain competitiveness

Requirements:

Solid background in a similar role with proven results in fast-moving environments
Strong experience leading projects, teams, or operations with measurable success
Skilled in using data to guide strategy and decision-making
Hands-on knowledge of industry-relevant tools and processes
Highly organised with excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
Strong analytical thinker with practical problem-solving ability
Clear communicator with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Confident in using the tools and software needed to deliver on the role
Flexible, resilient, and motivated to keep learning and improving
