Job Description

This is a high-impact role combining data analytics, sales strategy, and network expansion planning. The analyst transforms complex data into actionable insights that guide investment decisions, improve customer penetration, and drive revenue growth. You will own the end-to-end data lifecycle and influence senior leadership through data-driven recommendations.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and manage a centralized data environment (Microsoft Fabric)
  • Develop ETL pipelines integrating CRM, ERP, GIS, and external data
  • Create automated reporting and executive dashboards (Power BI)
  • Ensure data quality and consistency
  • Identify high-potential markets using demographic, competitive, and geographic data
  • Develop predictive models and prioritization frameworks for network expansion
  • Integrate multiple datasets to guide investment decisions
  • Partner with sales to identify high-value prospects and under-served markets
  • Support territory planning and targeting strategies
  • Track sales performance and conversion metrics
  • Build business cases for network investment
  • Perform ROI analysis, forecasting, and post-build evaluations
  • Align strategies with funding and subsidy program
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Present recommendations and influence executive decisions
  • Challenge assumptions and drive new approaches
  • Define and track KPIs (penetration, revenue, ROI, forecast accuracy)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3–5+ years in data analytics or commercial strategy
  • Experience supporting sales/marketing teams
  • Microsoft Fabric (required), Power BI, SQL
  • Python/R (asset), GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS)
  • Telecom or infrastructure data experience (asset
