This is a great opportunity for the individual to have a clear progression route to step into an Account Executive role with clear path of leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to new business enquiries, gather required information, and support the preparation and presentation of quotes
Deal with MTAS, Renewals
Liaise with insurers to secure competitive terms that align with client needs and expectations
Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation and communications are accurate, timely, and professional
Support early-stage client relationships by identifying opportunities for additional coverage and helping to create a smooth and positive customer experience
Develop and maintain effective relationships with insurer partners
Assist in market presentations and negotiations under the guidance of senior colleagues
A clear path of progression to step into an Account Executive role
Requirements:
Proven experience in a commercial insurance role
Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance products
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Cert CII qualification desirable (or willingness to work toward it)
A proactive, driven, and customer-first mindset
