Lawes Consulting Group are partnering with a well-established and very well-respected Manchester Broker to add to a strong and growing team in the city centre. This is a great opportunity for the individual to have a clear progression route to step into an Account Executive role with clear path of leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to new business enquiries, gather required information, and support the preparation and presentation of quotes
  • Deal with MTAS, Renewals
  • Liaise with insurers to secure competitive terms that align with client needs and expectations
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation and communications are accurate, timely, and professional
  • Support early-stage client relationships by identifying opportunities for additional coverage and helping to create a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with insurer partners
  • Assist in market presentations and negotiations under the guidance of senior colleagues
  • A clear path of progression to step into an Account Executive role

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a commercial insurance role
  • Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance products
  • Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Cert CII qualification desirable (or willingness to work toward it)
  • A proactive, driven, and customer-first mindset
