Job Description:

As a Commercial Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Support and coach co-workers within the team to maximise sales and provide a positive customer experience. Supervise and coordinate the daily operation of the team and provide feedback on team performance to the Planning Studio Manager. Solve daily operational problems and react appropriately to urgent issues, escalating where necessary. Share specialist knowledge about the product range, services and tools to secure a high level of competence within the team whilst demonstrating a willingness to take on additional responsibility in this area. Create a high level of team knowledge about the product features and benefits and encourage the team to promote complete home furnishing solutions to the customer. Encourage the team to actively sales steer the department’s top-selling products, prioritised products and IKEA service products in order to maximise sales and long-term profitability. Optimise the relationship with customers to drive sales growth and sustained long-term profitability by knowing the IKEA product range and services and actively work to offer alternative solutions that meet the needs of individual customers. Coach the team to do the same. Imparting knowledge of the entire online ordering process to the team, offering a seamless and convenient pick-up experience.

Requirements:
